Our systems are hosted on Google servers within the European Union, meeting high security standards. All information is transmitted in encrypted form.

• All Matfy personnel sign confidentiality agreements.

• Customer and billing data: 10 years after the end of the contract.

5. Recipients and Data Sharing

Matfy personnel may access your data as part of their duties, always under strict confidentiality.

Our application may access certain user data through Google APIs when the user chooses to connect their Google account or use Google Drive.

• Unique identifier of the Google account.

• Identifiers or references of files selected by the user in Google Drive.

Use of Data

Data obtained through Google is used exclusively to:

• Allow login via Google authentication.
• Create or link the user's account within the platform.
• Allow the user to select and link files stored in their Google Drive account.
• Facilitate features explicitly requested by the user.

The application does not use data obtained through Google APIs for advertising, user profiling, or behavioral analytics.

We do not sell or share data obtained through Google APIs with third parties.

Data is stored securely using appropriate technical and organizational measures.

Data obtained through Google will only be retained for as long as the user maintains an active account.
